Postage & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.

Items will be sent by Royal, Mail, DPD or Hermes (we reserve the right to change delivery company without prior notice but delivery times will remain unchanged)

Standard shipping is £2.95 for delivery within 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping is £4.95 for delivery within 1-3 business days.

If you require items more urgently please contact us prior to ordering to see what options are available.

Collection from store is free please be aware of store opening times.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

In the unlikely event you have changed your mind about your order you have 14 calendar days to return it to us the item must be unused and complete (please see below)

Returns

We do not offer free returns, however, if you return an item because it is faulty, we will, upon receiving the receipt refund the cost of return postage upto a maximum of £4.95

We do not accept returns/refunds for:
 

• Wax melts that have been used or partially used.

• Wax melts that you don't like the scent of

• .Items that have been used incorrectly. It is your responsability to ensure you familiarise yourself with all instructions relating to products including the changing of any bulbs. In the unlikely event instructions are not enclosed with your items please contact us.

• All returns must include any spare parts, power leads and free items you may have received.

• We reserve the right to make a deduction to any refund for any returns which are incomplete

It is possible that snap bars may become snapped during transit despite there packaging. This will not affect the main purpose of the snap bar so we would be unable to offer a refund/return for this reason.
